my stay at the red roof inn was an absolute mess. our towels looked filthy, not what i expect. and don’t get me started on the rude manager who insisted on intruding on my privacy daily. i almost considered leaving a good review, but the lack of special treatment ruined everything for me!

I enjoyed having a small fridge in the room, which was handy for my snacks. However, several aspects need attention. The overall cleanliness was lacking. I found used items left behind, which was unwelcoming. The linens felt thin and worn, with noticeable holes in some. I reserved a non-smoking room, but I was disappointed to be placed in a smoking room instead. The clock radio and bedside lamp weren't functional, and the air conditioning unit was missing knobs, making it tricky to adjust the settings. The breakfast options were very basic, just toast and coffee without variety. No elevator was available, which could be a hassle for travelers with heavy luggage. The staff was friendly, but there were more issues than expected for the price I paid.

The Red Roof Inn provided a pleasant stay with clean accommodations and effective updates to the facilities. The meeting room served as a convenient space for work, and having a small kitchenette in the suite greatly added to the comfort during the visit. Additionally, I appreciated the access to free local calls, which made communication easy while I was away for work.

We had a fun time exploring the area, especially visiting Dell Diamond for a game with my grandson. The hotel was clean, offering a comfortable spot to unwind after our adventures each day. We also appreciated the small and quiet setting, perfect for a family get-together.
