We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in our room, with stained bedding and a strong odor. the hotel had only one chair in a room for two, and no elevator for elderly guests. However, the area was convenient, near Walmart and fast food options. Despite the drawbacks, we appreciated the proximity to family and the ability to keep our pet with us. Overall I suggest this hotel.

We got a room with bathtubs. The hotel was close to the motorways in the vicinty, and good restaurants thanks to its marvellous location. Furthermore, in a safe area. Was a cozy base for weekend.

Everything was simply perfectly fine. It was a very pleasant experience in a great hotel. My room was quiet and large with a private bathroom. The staff was very professional from arrival to departure...

The convenient location is favorable and comfortable, just a short 15-minute drive from Austin, with plenty of dining options nearby.

The reservation was for a room with 2 queen beds. They did not have a room with 2 queen beds and my 2 sons had to sleep on a pallet on the floor

The pool was outside and quite dirty. But it was too cold to swim so no worries

I know I booked a lower rated hotel, but I did expect a bit more than I got: No laundry facilities (as advertised there were) Fitness room, out of service no smoke detector, appeard to be ripped out of the ceiling ac units, knobs are broken had to figure out a way to use them. Burn Holes in the bedspread 1 remote but 2 tv's poor (esthetically) repairs to walls throughout the room no heat bulb in bath, no bulb.

The hotel was great with free wifi. All the staff was excellent and very attentive, fixed my issues. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven in a double room.

Conveniently located near highways and a variety of good restaurants 🍔. the rooms come with two beds, making it a comfy choice for families or friends traveling together.

Had a great stay on vacation. It was based in a new building in a marvelous and ideal location in the Austin area. Liked the double room we had with 2 beds. A microwave oven, coffee, and tea making equipment, and a fridge were available too.
